• Enhance image quality using AI technology
• Generate platform-optimized videos (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Create shareable links with analytics tracking
• Access cloud storage for generated content
• Track views and engagement metrics
• Manage subscription plans and billing

3. User Accounts

To use OeilLabs, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Subscription Plans

OeilLabs offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and limitations. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing period
• Usage limits as defined in your subscription tier
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant OeilLabs a license to process, store, and enhance your content to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Videos and enhanced photos created by our AI belong to you. OeilLabs retains no ownership rights to generated content.

Platform Rights: The OeilLabs platform, including AI models, algorithms, and software, remains our exclusive property.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service for spam or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Exceed usage limits through automated means

7. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for:

• Monthly or annual subscription fees
• Any applicable taxes
• Overage charges if you exceed plan limits

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, OeilLabs is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency updates for security or stability
• Modify features and functionality
• Discontinue the Service with 90 days notice

9. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using OeilLabs, you consent to our data practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

OeilLabs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OeilLabs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Upload prohibited content

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

14. Governing Law
